Yes, to ensure a stable connection, the HDMI Splitter needs to be powered on using the included power adapter at all times during use. Daisy chaining is not supported on our HDMI Splitter model. Each splitter is intended for standalone use and cannot be connected serially. If you need more output ports, please choose an HDMI Splitter model with greater number of outputs.

You need to use EDID management when issues like screen not filling, screen flickering, or no image occur after properly connecting our product. We use three dip switches to adjust the EDID modes. You just need to adjust the positions of the three dip switches according to the eight EDID settings printed on the bottom of the product casing.

When multiple displays with different resolutions are connected, each display will still output its own native resolution. For example, if you connect a 1080P and a 4K display, they will still output 1080P and 4K resolution respectively.
